Vision for The Clerk's Office

Looking forward—County Clerk Knowles is strategizing a local government office that reduces the red tape for citizens.  Every year hundreds of legislative bills come before state lawmakers, and Clerk Knowles briefs himself on each bill relating to the Clerk's office.  He communicates with members of the legislature voicing his concern on proposals that adversely affects local taxpayers.  He will continue to monitor legislation and speak out for the best interest of our community.

Technology has been a cornerstone of Bill's service as County Clerk, and new technologies will continue to be implemented.  The future holds more and more opportunity to do business online.  His goal each day is to seek extra dimensions of service for Hamilton County.
